Flow and Farm with Yoga Six!
Frenchie Farm is so excited to partner with Yoga Six Geneva for this monthly weekend class! All ages are welcome for this all inclusive class. Parents are welcome to flow and farm with their child(ren) free of charge, but please register each child who plans to participate separately. (As always, one parent/guardian is required to attend for kids 4 years and under.) Space is limited.
Flow & Farm details:
This 90 minute class will feature the following:
🐐45 minute yoga class led by a Yoga Six instructor
🐐45 minute Farm Class (planting and/or harvesting as seasonally appropriate, visiting goat/chicken pasture, feeding livestock, chicken/goat snuggles, collecting farm fresh eggs straight from the coop, etc.)
Weather permitting, class will be offered on the last Saturday of every month during the Spring/Summer months. The rain date will be the following day (Sunday). In the event of inclement weather for the entire weekend, class will be cancelled and you will be refunded. All Flow & Farm classes are final sale.
About Yoga Six:
Each studio is a locally owned and operated franchise location. We offer 6 different class types from hot and powerful to slow and mindful. We also offer beginner classes and sculpt classes. Our teachers have been trained in the YogaSix methodology to provide a consistent but creative experience for each class type every time. They teach in a way that is easy for everyone to follow and understand. Our expert staff will help you find the right class to help you achieve your goals.
About Frenchie Farm:
Frenchie Farm is a small, family owned regenerative farm that raises goats, chickens, ducks, Highland Cattle, and livestock guardian dogs. Colleen is a previous child + adolescent therapist turned modern homesteader and farm class educator for kids.
COVID-19 GUIDELINES: Frenchie Farm will follow all current IDPH COVID-19 guidelines. Class sizes will remain small and will be held 100% outdoors. Students and parents, if attending, are required to bring and wear a face mask when social distancing is not possible. To ensure the health and safety of all, we will require temperature checks upon arrival via an infrared thermometer. Hand sanitizer will always be available upon request.
Frenchie Farm has a zero tolerance policy in regards to attending class while sick. If the child and/or parent/guardian displays ANY cold/flu-like symptoms, you will be asked to the leave farm immediately and you will not be refunded for class.
Frenchie Farm will send additional details & registration documents via email within one week of registering.
